One plan to... er... rule them all?

You don't want to have to think about which plan is "best" for you. You need to sort out your web hosting in as short a time as possible and then get on with your day-to-day business. That's why we only have one web hosting plan. We've put everything that we offer in it and we've set the price at just £60 a year - a price that will fit anyone's budget.

Pay how you want

There are no hidden extras, no additional fees and you don't have to pay online if you don't want to. You don't even have to order online if you are not confident doing that. You can phone us or email us to place your order and you can pay by invoice, cheque, standing order or, yes, online via credit card.

Also, we know what it's like to run a small business and juggle many balls at a time, so when your hosting comes up for renewal, we remind you a month in advance and we also give you a months grace to renew your services each year - we don't just cut your web hosting off like some companies.

Support and help the way YOU want it

The biggest complaint about most web hosting companies is the lack of, or poor quality of, their support. You are usually forced to use some cumbersome online system that offers you answers that you have to be a techie to understand. If they do offer telephone support then it's usually on a premium rate or national rate 0870 number and the call centre support staff force you to work through their script with them rather than actually listening to your problem.

If you need to call us, it's on our standard telephone number (0845 880 2141) and always at local rates. If you're in Nottingham or using a mobile, you can reach us on 0115 924 4635. And you'll always get straight through to a human being. And you won't need to hunt around for your account number or some other obscure piece of information that you just can't remember "where you put it". You'll just need to tell us the name of your website.

And, if you need us outside of office hours, you can still email us or use our online support system. And of course, you can use these systems at any time if you prefer to request support this way.

We're proactive

We don't wait for you to tell us that there's a problem. We monitor all our servers and, if there is a problem, we usually spot it first. If we do, then we let you know by phone, email, text message or even via our online messaging group at Yammer which you will be free to join when you become a customer.

The easiest transfer you'll ever make

Moving your website from one host to another is traditionally difficult and technical. So we've made it simple. Here's how it works in 3 easy steps:

  1. We send you a transfer pack which includes:
    • A signed confidentiality agreement from us that we will never divulge any of your information
    • A blank Letter of Authority
    • A blank passwords form
  2. You complete the passwords form with your current hosting details and sign the Letter of Authority and send them back to us
  3. We handle your complete transfer from that point on, contacting you when it's all done and keeping you informed along the way to make sure that your website suffers no downtime at all and you never lose a single email.

That's it. You will never have to handle any technical details yourself. You simply leave it all to us so you can get on with your business.
