Email marketing

Why you should be using email marketing

We love to show our clients how they can use email as a marketing tool. Organisations of all shapes and sizes now rely upon email to reach their customers and prospects. Why? Because it's simple, cost-effective and it works!

It works for large, multi-national companies who sell their products online; it works for small local businesses who want customers to walk through their door; and it can work for you too.

In its broadest sense, every email that you send to a potential or existing customer could be considered to be email marketing. Usually, however, we use the term to refer to sending emails:

  • for the purpose of enhancing your business relationship with its current customers or to encourage or enhance loyalty or repeat business
  • for the purpose of acquiring new customers or convincing existing customers to buy something new or extra

Done correctly, email marketing can really boost your business, drive more visitors to your website or through your front door and bring more sales and enquiries. It can help keep your business in the forefront of your customers' minds and bring you to the attention of new potential customers.
